To use Truuze legally, you must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental consent to use our services.
When using Truuze, you are responsible for the content you share. This content is made available to the Truuze community based on your chosen visibility settings. You must be able to address any claims or concerns that might be raised by other users or parties regarding your content. While Truuze may help filter offensive or inappropriate content, you are ultimately responsible for its appropriateness and compliance with privacy laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create on Truuze. By sharing a content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute it in connection with the service. You have the right to manage, edit, and delete your content at any time. Note that some content may be retained for a certain period even after deletion.

Violations of this policy will lead to immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe and respectful community for all. We take violations of our content policies seriously. Content that violates our Terms of Service will be removed, and accounts involved in severe or repeated violations may be suspended or terminated. We provide a convenient way for users to report such content and profiles. Users can appeal moderation decisions if they believe they have been made in error.
We use SSL encryption to secure your account and protect your data. However, it is crucial that you use a strong password and sign out of your account when not in use, especially on shared devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You can end your agreement with Truuze by terminating your account, which results in its permanent removal. Before terminating, please ensure you save any necessary files locally, as you will not be able to access your account afterward. Visit Terminate Truuze in your account settings to proceed with termination.
Truuze aims to provide a reliable and consistent service; however, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays. We disclaim all liability for any loss of data, disruptions, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of any content they submit to Truuze. By using our service, you acknowledge that Truuze shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages that may occur.
We may update these terms periodically, and you will be notified via email (if provided). These updates help you decide whether to continue using our platform under the new policies. For any claims or reports related to these policies, please contact us at user-care@truuze.com.
Modifying, reverse-engineering, or distributing unauthorized versions of the Truuze application is prohibited. This includes any attempts to exploit or misuse the service.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
